I am a Master Accredited Senior Agent (M-ASA). My focus is on helping the mature and senior market make the right decisions for them. If they wish to stay in their home, I can assist in making that happen. If a move is necessary, then in addition to getting their home ready for sale, I work with a team of experts that specialize in downsizing, packing, moving and help my clients with financial issues, such as Tax advice, wills, and Estate matters - One stop shopping for seniors in transition!!

Investment Properties and Multi-Unit dwellings are also near and dear to my heart! I have been a landlord since the tender age of 17 and have learned much along the way. I am always willing to share my knowledge!

I have earned my CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert Designation) -Just what you want on"offer" night, with so many properties going into multiple bids, you need me in your corner.

Staging and design services are also part of my repertoire. I have an amazing selection of pieces that I have collected over the years, just waiting to enhance your home when it goes up for sale.

25 years, wow, where has the time gone? The journey has not always been easy, and there have certainly been some obstacles along the way, but without challenge, there is no change, and change is what has made me what I am today!

Every mistake is a learning opportunity, knowledge gained and passed along to clients. I have grown, and my business has grown. I am looking forward to many more successful years ahead and serving my clients with all the knowledge and skills I have learnt along the way!!
